Author Contract

To publish with BoD, you only need to accept the Author Contract. In this contract you basically grant BoD the right to publish and distribute your title. All other rights remain with you of course.

The placement of an order for a new book project is also binding. In this order you specify the binding and design details of your book. You may, without obligation, create new book projects at any time to prepare the publication of a new work. Only the final placement of the order, after submitting all required information, is binding.

If you are not a BoD customer yet, you will automatically be forwarded to the Author Contract before ordering your first book project, which you can conclude online without any difficulty. If an Author Contract already exists for a previous project, you only need to accept the book contract for the new book.
